The Urban Retreat is a fortnightly meditation cum mini coaching event. Each session starts off with a meditation to help you in one of the following areas - Reduce stress and anxiety; Improve your communications and relationships; Develop greater creativity at work; Boost your health
No 2 meditation session will be the same. Some will involve sitting meditation, while some will be done through movement.
After the meditation session, we will have a short coaching session where we will help you to set a simple goal pertaining to the theme of the meditation so that you are able to head back into the real world and start evolving in your own life!
